After over thirty years as chef and operating some of the best French kitchen's in America, and starring on PBS and hosting my own Food Network shows, I have found a new passion, writing not only books on Italian food, but novels influenced by my experiences, travels and my wide array of interests and loves. Here's a secret for you all, I love horror, and soon you will discover just how much I truly love it!
